What is Karpa Health?
Karpa is a turn-key platform that lets you launch your own white-label telehealth brand in all 50 states. We set up your website, patient forms, patient portal, doctors, pharmacy, and more. You keep the brand, the patients, and the revenue.
Do I need an active business to get started?
You need a starting point: a med spa, gym, brand, or an existing audience you can launch to. We'll help you build the customer acquisition plan that gets it moving. If you don't have any audience or are unwilling to put in the work to acquire customers, we're probably not the best fit.
Do I need a medical background?
No. Karpa's licensed 50-state physician network handles all prescribing and clinical review.
Which treatments can I offer?
GLP-1 weight loss, TRT, HRT, hair loss, sexual health, legal peptides, and diagnostic labs.
Karpa Health takes compliance seriously. Research-use-only peptides are not available through our platform. If that's the core of what you want to offer, we're not the right fit.
However, as soon as the FDA recategorizes the gray market peptides to the 503A bulks list (making them legal to compound and prescribe), they'll be available to Karpa partners the same day.
Can I bring my own providers?
No. Prescribing runs through Karpa's licensed 50-state provider network, which is what lets you launch without a medical license. There's no bring-your-own-provider path on the platform today.
How do I price my programs?
You set your own prices and collect client payments directly through your own payment processor.
What do I get when I join?
A white-label website, custom patient forms, a patient portal, our 50-state provider network, pharmacy fulfillment, diagnostic labs, telehealth, and scheduling.
What businesses fit best?
Med spas, clinics, health and wellness brands, and operators with an existing audience. If you have people who already trust you, this is a fast way to add a new revenue line.
What if I don't want to actively market the program?
We set every partner up with a marketing playbook and a plan to acquire customers, so you don't have to build it from scratch. But it still takes an operator willing to execute it.
