# Partner Tiers and Business Model

Karpa Health uses a three-tier partner model. All tiers run on the same infrastructure. Partners can graduate up tiers as their business grows — audience data, revenue history, and brand all carry forward.

## Tier 1 — Affiliate (Free)

The entry point. No setup fee, no monthly fee.

- **How it works:** Partner receives a unique referral link. Every patient who enrolls through the link generates a monthly commission for the partner.
- **Commission:** Tiered — increases with patient volume
- **Karpa handles:** Clinical intake, prescribing, pharmacy fulfillment, compliance, patient communications, payments
- **Who it's for:** Influencers, coaches, gym owners, or wellness professionals who want to earn from their audience without running a clinic
- **Medical license required:** No

## Tier 2 — White Label Clinic

One-time implementation fee, monthly platform fee from $297/mo.

- **How it works:** Partner runs a white-label clinic on their own domain and brand. Karpa-powered intake, prescribing, and fulfillment run under the partner's brand.
- **Pricing:** Partner sets their own treatment and peptide prices, and keeps the margin above pass-through pharmacy and provider costs
- **Karpa handles:** Platform, clinical network, pharmacy integrations, compliance infrastructure
- **Who it's for:** Entrepreneurs or wellness business owners wanting a professional branded clinic without managing day-to-day operations
- **Medical license required:** No — Karpa's 50-state physician network handles prescribing

## Tier 3 — Full Clinic Build-Out

One-time implementation fee plus a monthly platform fee from $297/mo.

- **How it works:** Fully white-label clinic on the partner's own domain. Partner controls their own pricing, owns the patient relationship, and keeps all revenue above costs.
- **API access:** Yes. API access and webhooks for CRM and marketing integrations (e.g., GoHighLevel, custom endpoints), plus the partner's own branded affiliate/referral program powered by GoAffPro and patient-facing promo codes
- **Karpa handles:** Platform, clinical network, pharmacy integrations, compliance infrastructure
- **Partner handles:** Marketing, patient acquisition, pricing strategy, brand
- **Who it's for:** Entrepreneurs ready to build a scalable telehealth brand, or clinicians wanting to operate a multi-state program
- **Medical license required:** No — Karpa's 50-state network covers all prescribing, or the partner can use their own licensed providers

## Graduation Path

Partners move up tiers as their business grows. No lock-in at any tier. When graduating from White Label to Full Clinic:
- Audience data carries forward
- Revenue history carries forward
- Brand and patient relationships carry forward

4. Contract signed and setup fee paid (if applicable)

**Speed to launch:** Affiliate and White Label tiers go live the same day — setup takes 20 minutes. Full Clinic build-outs go live in under 7 days. Full Clinic partners use their own payment processor.
