Why We Started Karpa
We kept hearing two versions of the same story. Physicians wanted to add peptide therapy, GLP-1, or TRT programs but dreaded the setup: separate intake systems, compounding pharmacy relationships, compliance guidance, billing tools, and patient communication platforms from half a dozen vendors.

So we built Karpa to solve both. One platform that handles the entire patient journey from intake to pharmacy fulfillment, backed by a 50-state licensed doctor network so you don't need a medical license to launch.
